In the beginning, he was a young man traveling with a retinue of men and servants. One of his traveling companions was a puppy. They were in Pella in Macedonia where he had gone to marry Philip's sister. He loved the dog so much, that he kept him by his side from that day. In the next few years the boy became a man and Alexander was known in the eastern kingdoms for being very fond of dogs. His retinue was made up of the finest men in his army and he traveled with them everywhere. When he was in the city his palace and men of his household spent their days doing anything from playing games to having parties. He lived in the city when he wasn't traveling. This boy and the dog lived a very ordinary life, but the young man was loved and respected by his subjects.

In a letter from the wife of Aristotle, she tells of his famous companionship with Peritas. Alexander had three dogs, one called Bucephalus, the second named Panthera, and the third, another dog was called Peritas. Their common name was "Chera" and they were of the Spaniel breed. This was a very rare and valuable breed. Bucephalus and Panthera were both trned in the arts of war, fighting and hunting with their master. Peritas was a puppy at the time and never trned in the arts of war. He had to be taught that it was not proper to run away from a fight. He couldn't even jump off a cliff in pursuit of wild game. He also had to learn not to take food from the table without asking for permission.

Alexandrian Dogs

Peritas was a gentle-natured dog and he was trned to be like his master. If he met a stranger he would greet them. If they were nice to him he would return the favor. If they were rude to him he would chase them away. He also loved to chase pigeons in flight. He never ate a bone from any of the dogs because they never ate any meat. The dogs would hunt in any weather and eat from any source.

Alexandrian Dogs

Alexandrians and their dogs walked along the seashore to have a walk and enjoy the sea. He loved traveling around the city with his men and having a grand time. His retinue had a large and diverse following of people. When he became a young adult he went away to have trning. He was trned for the most demanding occupation a dog could have, an elite unit of the army. He was a fighter, an excellent killer, and a brave protector. After many years of trning and fighting in the army he was asked to be the dog of a king. His owner had a large household and lots of money. As such he was expected to guard the household and have a huge following of people who would obey him.

Alexandrian Dogs

The household was very large and the servants had lots of work. They had a cook and several chefs who were responsible for cooking the day's meals. Each chef had to cook for at least twelve people, that was twenty-four people just for a day's meals. Then there were housekeepers, gardeners, drivers, and servants for the horses and carriages. The servants had a large staff and were tasked with everything from laundry to housecleaning. Each and every person under the roof of this home had to obey this dog, no matter how young or old they were. He was to take care of them and to show them respect. The family he was supposed to protect consisted of a father, a mother, three children, and a wife. The children had been brought up to have respect for this dog and obey him in whatever he asks them to do. The dog was to respect them and to serve them with utmost care.

After so many years of service to his king he became older and had a few injuries. It was then he decided he needed to be at home, back in the family, back with his king. He had many years of life left to live, to serve and protect his family and king.

Alexandrians and their Dogs

There were two other dogs in the household besides him and they were there to do their work. They were also given special trning in order to protect the house and family from intruders. The family lived in a very old home that was made from stone, not to mention the wealth that this family brought to the city of Alexandria. The children were taken to the best schools in the city, the children were exposed to everything that a wealthy family could offer, and the children went on to a very good university to learn about all things they were interested in. They were also taught the basics of reading, writing, and science to bring back to the family. Their parents made sure to get their children in the best programs possible. The three children were given the best trning they could have. All the children were given the opportunity to go to the best schools in Alexandria and take the best university programs. The children had everything, not because their parents thought it was what they deserved, but because it was all possible, all there was for the children. These children did not suffer nor did they have to wt until they got the basic necessities before they got what they wanted. Life was good to these children, and it is a pity that the only thing we know about them is that they did nothing right, because they did nothing wrong. All the children died in a fiery crash.

The children

Derek, the oldest, was fifteen years old and ready to go to school. He loved his family and would do anything for them. He was a handsome man, not because of his looks, but because he was so kind and caring. Everyone loved Derek. He was a leader of his school, he was a friend to everyone, and he was a great athlete. Derek was on the honor roll all the time and it was not just to get his high marks. He was a class leader and helped people through anything. There was no situation Derek could not face.

Najiah was younger than Derek and was a good student, but she was not as popular as her brother. She was quiet, shy, and awkward, but she was a hard worker. Naj
